Newspapers scream to be heard.
Radios blare unwanted songs.
The TVs bomb us with words.
Hazy lines of right and wrong.
Facts are concealed in an act
that is louder when in doubt.
But harder is the impact-
the quiet truth needs no shout.
For they mean not what they speak.
But only hide what we seek.
